Prior to joining Aesthetx, she was an Executive Director leading multiple teams in the pursuit of optimal training. process efficiency and growth. Alex is a nature lover who lives in the Santa Cruz Mountains with her family and ever-growing list of pets.

I am dedicated to delivering the best patient experience possible and passionate about providing personalized and compassionate care to all. With over 14 years of experience previously in Hospitality, I aim to ensure every patient and guest feels informed and empowered in their journey with Aesthetx. Outside of the clinic, I enjoy going to concerts, trying new restaurants and spending time with my cats and god son, all of which help me bring a well-rounded perspective to my professional work life.

Ditha is a Monterey County girl who lived in the Bay Area for over 15 years. She graduated from City College of SF in the nursing program and has a deep passion in helping people. A few interesting things about her is she’s extremely organized and can multitask like no other. Fun fact: she loves scary movies!

Julia McNamara has been the dedicated Patient Concierge for Dr. Trent Douglas for the past five years and has worked in the medical field for over a decade. With a passion for exceptional patient care, Julia's goal is to make every patient's experience smooth and reassuring. "I want to ensure our patients know they are in good hands and will receive the highest level of care."

In addition to her extensive background in patient coordination, Julia has specialized in GLP-1 medications such as Semaglutide and Tirzepatide for the last five years. She has successfully guided hundreds of patients on their weight loss journeys, combining these powerful medications with personalized lifestyle, nutrition, and exercise recommendations. Julia's dedication to helping patients achieve optimal results makes her an indispensable member of our team.

With 4 years in the medical field as a Certified Medical Assistant and over 8 years of customer care experience, Ariana is an expert for everything from patient care to assisting in surgical post-op appointments. She brings a burst of positivity and a bright smile every day. Born and raised in Sonoma County, she’s now a proud Marin native who is passionate about delivering top-notch patient care and keeping our practice running smoothly.
