Prior to joining Aesthetx, she was an Executive Director leading multiple teams in the pursuit of optimal training. process efficiency and growth. Alex is a nature lover who lives in the Santa Cruz Mountains with her family and ever-growing list of pets.

Front Office Manager

I am dedicated to delivering the best patient experience possible and passionate about providing personalized and compassionate care to all. With over 14 years of experience previously in Hospitality, I aim to ensure every patient and guest feels informed and empowered in their journey with Aesthetx. Outside of the clinic, I enjoy going to concerts, trying new restaurants and spending time with my cats and god son, all of which help me bring a well-rounded perspective to my professional work life.

Bahareh has a strong background in talent acquisition, she brings extensive experience in candidate engagement and recruitment, having worked with lean start-ups and multinational Bay Area tech companies. Known for her exceptional ability and passion for creating an elevated candidate experience, and consistently achieving high conversion rates. Ditha is a Monterey County girl who lived in the Bay Area for over 15 years. She graduated from City College of SF in the nursing program and has a deep passion in helping people. A few interesting things about her is she’s extremely organized and can multitask like no other. Fun fact: she loves scary movies!

Jennnifer (fer)

Jennifer, known as “Fer” by the Aesthetx team is our practice unicorn. With over 30 years’ experience in the Bay Area medical field and the last 12 years specializing in Plastic Surgery, Fer is not only an “encyclopedia of Aesthetic Medicine,” she also brings a background in psychology to support and guide each patient from the start of their consultation and every step of the way along their surgical journey. Connection and transparency are the cornerstones of trust Fer builds with each patient. Julia McNamara is our dedicated Program Manager for the Enhance Medical Weight Loss Program. With over a decade of experience in the medical field as a Medical Assistant and Patient Coordinator, Julia has developed a deep expertise in weight loss. For the past five years, she has specialized in GLP-1 medications, including Semaglutide and Tirzepatide. Julia has successfully guided hundreds of patients to significant weight loss by combining lifestyle, nutrition, and workout recommendations with these effective medications. Her commitment to achieving optimal results makes her an invaluable member of our team.

With 4 years in the medical field as a Certified Medical Assistant and over 8 years of customer care experience, Ariana is an expert for everything from patient care to assisting in surgical post-op appointments. She brings a burst of positivity and a bright smile every day. Born and raised in Sonoma County, she’s now a proud Marin native who is passionate about delivering top-notch patient care and keeping our practice running smoothly.
