I received the utmost care from Dr. Zeidler and her staff at Aesthetx. Dr. Z is a perfectionist at every level. I'm writing this review nearing ten years to express my ongoing satisfaction with the results of my breast augmentation and fat transfer procedure performed by Dr. Kamakshi R Zeidler. Dr. Zeidler truly impressed me with her exceptional bedside manner. She was a fantastic listener, taking the time to understand my goals and answer all my questions thoroughly. Her professionalism and helpfulness put me at ease throughout the entire process. I never felt rushed or pressured, and she fostered a comfortable environment where I could openly discuss my concerns. The surgery itself, involving breast augmentation with Sientra shaped 250 cc implants and fat transfer from thigh liposuction, yielded fantastic results that I'm still thrilled with almost a decade by the end of 2024. It's important to note that Dr. Zeidler's excellence extended beyond her surgical skills. Her entire staff was incredibly friendly and supportive, adding to the positive experience. Overall, I highly recommend Dr. Zeidler to anyone considering plastic surgery. Her combination of expertise, excellent communication skills, and a caring demeanor make her an outstanding choice.

I am so incredibly thankful for the expertise, commitment, and excellent care I received from Dr. Zeidler and her team. I can't thank her and her team enough for all the incredible care before, during, and after my surgery. I was having symptoms from my implants and decided to remove them. We did an explant with a fat transfer. I have never felt better, physically and mentally! My body and breasts look amazing after 3 months post-op. I LOVE that this is an option to be able to be natural and still have a womanly figure. Dr. Zeidler is a true artist! Her work is done with extreme precision. I wouldn't trust anyone else with an explant surgery. She is an incredible doctor who truly cares about her patients. Dr. Zeidler is a hero to me. She was extraordinarily patient as I went through my decision-making process about having breast augmentation and liposuction surgeries. My process lasted several years and included multiple consultations. (At no point did I feel pressured into having surgery.) Part of my motivation for seeking out Dr. Zeidler was that I wanted to support her practice, once I learned that one of her specialties was breast reconstruction for women who have suffered from BRCA gene mutation and cancer. In hindsight, I think that this ended up benefiting me, because some techniques that normally might be employed in reconstruction were utilized in my surgery. Specifically, I had a subfascial placement with a durasorb mesh. I think that the mesh was one key to my fantastic outcome. I also think that going subfascial, instead of submuscular, allowed for an easy recovery as well as a natural-feeling result. In addition to my Sientra 305cc mod+ implants, I had fat transfer to my breasts, which I think helped in achieving nice cleavage and good symmetry. The whole process from start to my follow-up care was 5-star. Recovery was a piece of cake. My results were much better than I hoped for! I should mention: I am a transgender patient. Surgery was completely life-changing for me, in a very positive way. In my entire life, I was never happy about my body. After surgery, I have been instantly happy, every time that I look in the mirror, before I have time to even *think* about it. This aspect has been extremely affirmational to me, which has led to an increase in my day-to-day confidence. When I initially had my surgery quotation, I had some sticker shock at the price. But now, a year after surgery, I believe that I received a tremendous value for the money that I spent. I certainly would do it over again, in a heartbeat. Dr. Zeidler's office is totally thriving and busy, which I take as a positive sign. Despite the bustling atmosphere, she always spent time to answer all my questions. I never felt rushed. I have zero reservations about recommending Dr. Zeidler to others seeking surgery! She is a talented surgeon who runs a well-managed practice.

You don't need to look any further! Dr. Zeidler and her entire team are phenomenal! I had my first breast augmentation by Dr. Berkowitz back in 2003. Since then I've had another baby and over the years my implants would start to flip. Sometimes getting stuck at 180° and other times 360°. You could feel and see the ripples when I bent over. I did not want the scars that came with a lift and decided to not move forward with the surgery in 2013 after seeing Dr. Berkowitz again. After thinking about having a lift and implant replacement again, I began to do more research. Dr. Zeidler's name came up through a referral so I went online and saw that she was in the same office as Dr. Berkowitz. I was excited to hear that Dr. Berkowitz was referring his patients to Dr. Zeidler as he's now focusing on facial plastic surgeries. During my consultation, Dr. Zeidler and her team took extra time to reassure me that the scar treatments have improved tremendously over the years. She told me about the Matrix that would be placed as an interior bra. Though I was hesitant to invest that kind of money into myself, major mom guilt, I was ready to schedule my lift and implant replacement. Leading up to my surgery, Shelley and Gigi always made me feel extremely comfortable and helped reassure me that I would be happy with my results with Dr. Zeidler. Five-star service from day one. I was sent home with a handwritten get-well note card from Dr. Z and her team from my surgery, which I was highly impressed by. I've never heard of a doctor going above and beyond in such a caring way. Because I am now an out-of-state patient, my pre-op appointments were virtual. I was able to fly home just four days after surgery and have had virtual appointments since, with the exception of my in-person post-op for my three-month check-up. My scars are very minimal just four months after surgery. I highly recommend you listen to the instructions given pre-surgery and post-surgery. The silicone scar treatment 'stickers' are my favorite. Put them on and leave them there unless you shower. Wearing them as much as possible, I believe, has made my scars very minimal. Dr. Z's perfection in making the incisions small and isometrical is mind-blowing. She really is the best out there and well worth your investment in yourself!

Dr. Zeidler and her staff are absolutely wonderful. The office staff is always genuine, kind, and personal. Dr. Zeidler has the best bedside manner and truly cares for her patients. I had a fat transfer in my face. She was wonderful throughout my entire surgical process, beginning to end. She took my vision and exceeded expectations.
