Having trained as a classical ballerina for nearly 20 years, Dr. Amelia K. Hausauer has an eye for detail. Hours in the studio and late nights on the stage fostered a deep appreciation for the impact of nuance and how cumulative details, when unified, bring everything into alignment. “In dance, every toe matters, every finger matters. A head tilt out of place can detract from the overall. I learned that when executed thoughtfully, the sum can be much more than the parts,” she comments. “The whole is what gives us meaning, emotion, and beauty, but you must think about how each detail contributes to that story.”

Today, Dr. Hausauer translated this philosophy to her work in aesthetic medicine where she is renowned for this same precise harmony. Using a combination of traditional injectables and innovative regenerative therapies, her goal is to balance and contour features through a combination of finessed enhancements that provide structural beauty, while maintaining each patient’s uniqueness. “These micro adjustments extend from top to bottom. They are a way of achieving facial balance that doesn’t look overdone or inauthentic. Instead, I rely on anatomy and science to create the most holistic, individualized plan.”  Dr. Hausauer takes these teachings seriously as a national trainer for many of the leading injectable companies, national and international lecturer (Europe, Canada, and South American this year alone), and lead researcher developing the next generation of aesthetic therapies. She works closely with our surgeons to strategically combine procedures in and out of the operating room for more flawless results and smoother recovery, a truly unique capability of the combine Aesthetx practice.

In an era of social media fads and short-lived trends, Dr. Hausauer thinks long-term and globally. A needle artist that understands how health, confidence, and beauty come from translating detail into a whole sense of self.
